This policy explains the intended data practices of the current Zippy Panda public website. Zippy Panda is at an early stage. Learner accounts, Learning Units, AI features and a message-delivery backend are not currently available.

The contact form shown on this local version does not transmit or store the information entered into it. If contact delivery is added later, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept and the choices available to you.
3. Automatically collected information
The current local application does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers or profiling cookies. Standard server logs may be produced by hosting infrastructure in a future deployment; applicable practices will be documented before launch.
4. Children’s privacy
The current public website does not offer learner accounts or collect children’s profiles. Before child-facing interactive features are introduced, appropriate privacy requirements, consent mechanisms and safeguards will need dedicated review.
5. Advertising and third parties
The current website does not contain advertising or sell personal information. No third-party learning integrations are configured.
6. Data security and retention
Because the current contact form does not submit data, Zippy Panda does not retain contact-form entries. Future services will require proportionate security and retention practices, which will be described here.
