Why we focus on thinking
Fast answers can be convenient, but an answer alone does not show that a child understands. We want learners to ask why, explain ideas, test possibilities, notice gaps and use knowledge in new ways.
How AI fits
Ask Zippy Panda responds within the active learner’s Grade and selected Subject. Inside a Learning Unit, it also uses that Unit’s approved learning context and resources.
AI can make mistakes. Learners should develop the habit of questioning and verifying information, and experiences should make uncertainty clear rather than presenting generated content as unquestionable fact.
Age-appropriate by design
Language, interaction and subject depth are considered for the learner’s Grade. This does not mean making absolute promises; it means treating age appropriateness as a core product responsibility requiring ongoing review.
